Sharing Good Practice event - Controlling invasive non-native species – secrets of success

Thursday 8th October, Battleby Conference Centre

Please find attached details of and a booking form for our forthcoming Sharing Good practice event. You have been sent these details as you have previously contributed to or attended a similar Sharing Good Practice event.

This event is for anyone involved in controlling invasive non-native species (INNS) including agency staff, NGOs, project staff, land/water managers and volunteers, local authority staff and INNS control contractors.
It will focus on new techniques and tools for INNS control. Join us to hear about the key lessons we have learnt and to share experiences of how to develop, plan deliver and fund control of INNS.

Do please circulate details of this event further to anyone you may know of who would be interested, or let us know of any e-bulletins or networks we should send the details to.

We expect demand for places at this event to be high, places will be filled on a first come first served basis. Initially only two participants from each organisation applying will be given a place and others will be put on a waiting list.

If you wish further information please contact us at sgp@snh.gov.uk
